Order delivery and warranty

• We try to ship items ordered before 15:00 the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the package will always arrive the next day. Packages are sometimes delayed due to external factors.
• PostNL delivers all packages within the Netherlands and EU, with a few exceptions. Larger items will also sometimes have a longer delivery time, so you should take this into account. Delivery times in other countries in the EU may vary.
• Our products come with a standard factory warranty. If the item shows a manufacturing defect when checked out of the box, we will exchange it for you free of charge. Otentik's warranty does not cover natural wear and any color fading resulting from use.
