Exchange or return

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt.
• After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
• Only the costs for returning the product to the webshop are for your own account. For the exact rates, please consult your carrier's website.
• Returns or exchanges are only possible with unused items. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Otentiksunshade.eu with all accessories and all original labels - in the original condition and packaging.

          This does not include damage to packaging caused by shipping. Opened or used items will not be accepted.

• Please inform us the reason for the return.
• Don't forget to include a copy of your invoice with the shipment.
